DR. STEPHEN AND TALI welcomed their new baby boy Rafi to the world on Sunday, September 15th at 7:15pm. He weighed 7 pounds & 3 ounces and measured 19 inches long. He is loved and adored most by his older sister Nava who loves to hold and hug him and say “You are cute” and “Hey buddy.” Rafi is already charming the hearts of family and friends and we are looking forward to having him crawl around The Smile Spot soon!
