Smile Spot Events
The Smile Spot loves hosting events to show our appreciation for our patients—and just have a blast hanging out! So far, we’ve rented out movie theaters for special screenings, had “We Love Our Patients” parties at Quassy Amusement & Waterpark, and brought in the internationally recognized Music Together program for music education. Many of these events also help raise money for charity, and our Halloween Candy Buy Back Event has collected hundreds of pounds of candy for the troops overseas. All of our patients are welcome to join in on the fun!

Flossing Chart Program
At your child’s check up, she or he will receive a fun Flossing Chart to fill out with stickers. There is no cost and all you have to do is stop by for a prize once the chart is filled up. You’ll then receive a new chart! Flossing plays a big part in keeping teeth and gums in tip-top shape. When children add flossing to their daily routine, they’re helping to fight cavities and keep their smile as healthy as can be.
Our Flossing Chart Program makes learning how to floss fun! We teach our young patients the best tips for flossing and then let them choose a special reward for all their hard work. See some of our prize earners below!
-
Even Dr. Stephen’s daughter Nava loves putting stickers on her chart and picking a prize!
RJ is a happy member of the floss program!-
Giana finished placing stickers on her chart and got to pick a prize. She was then given a new chart!

Binky and Thumb Club
Pacifier sucking is a perfectly normal activity for our littlest ones, but if it continues past the age of 1, it can cause dental issues, such as a misaligned bite, known as malocclusion, or speech problems. The same goes for thumb sucking. If your child needs some help ending the habit, then our Binky and Thumb Club program is just the answer! Our team has the experience to gently coach kids on how to stop sucking their binky or thumb. The program is highly successful, and our “graduates” love picking a special prize. There is no cost involved, and all you have to do is speak to one of our team members to start the program!
