THANK YOU to all of our Smile Spot families for helping us to collect 1000 pounds of candy from our 8th annual Halloween Candy Buy Back event! Dr. Stephen gave each child $1 per pound of candy and each child was entered for a chance to win an iPAD (stay tuned for announcement of a winner).
The Smile Spot team shipped the candy to Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization which sends care packages to U.S. troops stationed overseas. Dr. Stephen spoke with military veterans who expressed how meaningful it is to receive care packages from folks back home in the U.S. We are proud to participate in the efforts to support our troops, especially during Military Family Appreciation Month.
